Sälka cabins

Day 5

Strategically located in the midst of a number of interesting peaks and valleys, these cabins are a great base camp to make day trips from. We could easily spend weeks around here if you are interested in flowers and climbing mountains.

The cabins are built on a small hill between two creeks. The smaller creek is at a convenient distant from the sauna. There is enough water to sit down and soak your steaming body for a few seconds in the glacial water before hurrying back to the heat.
