Madir

Only a few minutes walk from the Singi cabins, Madir is a given place to visit if you are in the mood for flowers.

Madir can be visited as a part of the Kings Trail all inclusive package. We'll reach the area day 7, when we hike from Sälka to Singi.

Suspension bridge.

This steel construction takes us over to the opposite side of Tjäktjajåkka. Here the creek has carved itself a narrow passage, and the rapids are pretty fierce below the swaying and creaking bridge.

Bellflowers, mountain in the back ground.

Sinnicohkka straight ahead, and Liddupakti a little farther away to the right.

A collection of small houses

Gorzzevuolli saami summer camp in the middle of the photo. The Singi cabins are visible a little higher up to the left.
